Process and Delivery

We endeavour to dispatch all print orders within 2 weeks of placing an order. If for any reason there is a delay, we will contact you by email to advise. In reality the majority of our orders are dispatched within a week.
All orders will be delivered via courier within 2 days for New Zealand and 2- 6 working days for international of sending order. We will notify you of date of sending, estimated date of arrival and tracking number once shipped. You can choose to have signature sign on delivery or not.
Free postage on all New Zealand and international orders to anywhere in the world.

Returns Policy

We take pride in our customer service both in the quality of our prints and in the efficiency with which we process orders. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order please return the item(s) in the same condition as received with 14 days. We will be happy to offer you a choice of either a replacement of any image or a full refund minus the shipping costs.
